When a merchant installs or uses Ecom Meals, we may process information provided by Shopify, including:

• Shopify store name, domain and store identifier.
• App installation and authorization information.
• Product, product variant, collection, publication, inventory and location information required to configure meal packs.
• Theme information required to install and display the storefront widget.
• Discount and cart transformation configuration required to create and process meal packs.
• App configuration, bundle rules, product selections, delivery settings and technical diagnostic information.
• Cart or order information required to determine whether a meal pack was completed and processed correctly.

We only process information that is necessary to provide, maintain, secure and improve the App.

2. How We Use Information

We use information to:

• Create and manage guided meal packs.
• Display the Ecom Meals widget on the merchant’s storefront.
• Validate product availability and bundle requirements.
• Apply bundle pricing, discounts and cart transformations.
• Provide delivery date and time functionality when configured.
• Maintain app settings and configurations.
• Troubleshoot errors and provide customer support.
• Protect the App against misuse, fraud and security threats.
• Comply with legal and Shopify platform requirements.

3. Customer Personal Data

Ecom Meals is not designed to sell or independently monetize customer personal information.

Depending on the features enabled by the merchant, the App may temporarily process cart, order or delivery-related information necessary to provide the requested functionality.

We do not sell customer personal information or use it for unrelated advertising.

4. Information Sharing

We may share information only with service providers that help us operate the App, such as:

• Cloud hosting and database providers.
• Error monitoring and technical infrastructure providers.
• Shopify and Shopify APIs.
• Support and communication providers.

Service providers may process information only as necessary to provide their services to us and are expected to protect it appropriately.

We retain merchant configuration and operational information only for as long as necessary to provide the App, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce agreements.

When a merchant uninstalls Ecom Meals, we delete or anonymize associated personal data within a reasonable period, unless retention is legally required.

We use reasonable administrative, technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration or disclosure.

However, no electronic storage or transmission system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Merchants and individuals may request:

• Access to personal information we process.
• Correction of inaccurate information.
• Deletion of personal information.
• Information about how personal data is used.
• Restriction or objection to certain processing where applicable.
